Account Deletion

1. Overview

You have the right to delete your MCT AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how account deletion works and what happens to your data after you submit a deletion request.

2. How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is handled directly through the MCT AI mobile application. Follow the steps below to submit a deletion request:

Open the MCT AI mobile app on your device.

Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar or side menu.

Scroll down and tap "Account" or "Account Management".

Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Your deletion request will be submitted immediately. A 14-day grace period begins during which you can cancel the request at any time.

3. 14-Day Grace Period

After submitting a deletion request, your account enters a 14-day hold period. During this time:

  • Your account and all its data remain intact and are not permanently deleted.
  • You can log back in to the app at any time to cancel the deletion request and fully restore your account.
  • After 14 days, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

4. What Data Is Deleted

Upon permanent deletion, the following data associated with your account will be completely removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information (email address, display name, profile picture).
  • All chat history and conversations stored in the cloud.
  • Custom AI characters and agent configurations you have created.
  • Any uploaded media files and attachments.
  • Your Firebase Authentication credentials and login records.
  • Subscription and billing records (note: this does not cancel active Google Play subscriptions — see Section 5).

5. Active Subscriptions

Deleting your MCT AI account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription manually from the Google Play Store before or after submitting the deletion request.

1. Genel Bilgi

MCT AI hesabınızı ve ilgili tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu sayfa, hesap silme işleminin nasıl çalıştığını ve silme talebini gönderdikten sonra verilerinize ne olduğunu açıklamaktadır.

2. Hesabınızı Nasıl Silersiniz

Hesap silme işlemi doğrudan MCT AI mobil uygulaması üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Silme talebi göndermek için aşağıdaki adımları izleyin:

Cihazınızda MCT AI mobil uygulamasını açın.

Alt navigasyon çubuğundaki veya yan menüdeki Ayarlar simgesine dokunun.

Aşağı kaydırıp "Hesap" veya "Hesap Yönetimi" seçeneğine dokunun.

"Hesabı Sil" seçeneğini belirleyip ekrandaki onay adımlarını takip edin.

Silme talebiniz anında iletilecektir. İstediğiniz zaman talebi iptal edebileceğiniz 14 günlük bir bekleme süreci başlayacaktır.

3. 14 Günlük Bekleme Süreci

Silme talebi gönderdikten sonra hesabınız 14 günlük bir askıya alma sürecine girer. Bu süre zarfında:

  • Hesabınız ve tüm verileri eksiksiz korunur; kalıcı olarak silinmez.
  • Silme talebini iptal etmek ve hesabınızı tamamen kurtarmak için istediğiniz zaman uygulamaya yeniden giriş yapabilirsiniz.
  • 14 günün sonunda tüm hesap verileri sunucularımızdan kalıcı ve geri dönülemez biçimde silinir.

4. Hangi Veriler Silinir

Kalıcı silme işleminin ardından hesabınıza ait aşağıdaki veriler sistemlerimizden tamamen kaldırılır:

  • Profil bilgileriniz (e-posta adresi, görünen ad, profil fotoğrafı).
  • Bulutta saklanan tüm sohbet geçmişiniz ve konuşmalarınız.
  • Oluşturduğunuz özel yapay zeka karakterleri ve ajan yapılandırmaları.
  • Yüklediğiniz medya dosyaları ve ekler.
  • Firebase Authentication kimlik bilgileriniz ve giriş kayıtlarınız.
  • Abonelik ve faturalama kayıtları (Not: bu işlem aktif Google Play aboneliklerini iptal etmez — Bölüm 5'e bakın).

5. Aktif Abonelikler

MCT AI hesabınızı silmek, Google Play Store üzerinden satın alınan aktif abonelikleri otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Ek ücret ödemekten kaçınmak için silme talebini göndermeden önce veya sonra aboneliğinizi Google Play Store üzerinden manuel olarak iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.
